    When will Microsoft fix the Blue ray app?


    Currently any 4K HDR Blue ray movie works for a few minutes but then the screen flashes black until it goes completely black, the audio is still playing. I’ve tried everything I can but the problem always seems to return. Can Microsoft please fix this issue with the blue ray app?

    Good download, zero upload.

    I don't have "Persistent storage" under the disk & blue ray. It is just a disk, and blue ray buttons. But I did clear the mac address and reset when prompted. It didn't fix it.

    Also are all your Blue Rays legitimate copies for the correct region?

    Games are region free but Blue Ray films are region locked.

    Microsoft isnt blue ray. So it cannot be done. Next gen x box will be blue ray.

    I CAN'T PLAY ANY OF MY GAMES !!!

    While it does attempt to launch the blue ray player app (unlike every other app), it doesn't actually do anything beyond sit at a blue screen that says blue ray.

    It started with live sign in problems and the 100% packet loss and then stopped responding to anything.
