    When will microsoft answer my support ticket its been 12 days.


    My xbox has been stuck in transit (I sent it in for repair)

    It's been nearly 2 months, without my xbox. Support has been no help, Im told in my email after I contacted after many hours trying to reach support that I had a case manager and a case number that would give me frequent updates, but I've had no update at all. Anyone know what to do now?

    1800 4my xbox has been terrible . The simple fact that microsoft can not tract my cc number used in the transaction is simply boggling. I have open case numbers and a call is suppost to be returned within the next 12 days. 12 DAYS!!!! this is 3 days after
    the charge and repair ticket was created, Still I have no answer to where this carge went. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE for a company pretending to be on the forefront

    It's been working for a while with no problems, except when i go on holiday and its left alone for 6-12 days. answer to your question is netgear.

    Do I try to submit the recovery form again thru the same email that was sent to me, or do I have to create a new escalated case.

    Sorry to hear that, please try submitting the recovery form one more time and wait up to 72 hours for tbe response.

    Use a a different email address in the contact field. Just in case
