    Fix party chat. It's been an issue since 2015 on the Xbox One original. And you've done nothing to fix it, utterly useless of Microsoft, billion dollar company, can't even fix their own issue that they made.

    And this is even more evident on the newer consoles, I myself own a Series S, my mate owns a Series X. And neither of our parties work 98% of the time. We give up playing Xbox outright some days because it is such an annoyance to everyone.

    You join a party, keeps connecting for 10minutes and then doesn't do anything, retry, connecting, retry, connecting. Turn Xbox off = peace. I dislike PlayStation as much as the next guy because I had no issues with party chat until this new console and especially the past 6 months. But honestly, at least play stations parties work for goodness sake. Billion dollar company is useless.

    Edit: what's the best that no Microsoft employee will even respond to this just like the previous form posts. Or they'll remove it for hate speech or some rubbish.

    When will Microsoft, a Billion with a B, dollar company fix it's party chat issues that have been there since day 1 of the Xbox One in 2015

    many things have been done to improve party chat over the years including a full on revamp about five or six years ago. Usually problems with party chat or because you either don't have your privacy settings that correctly or you do not have the correct ports opened on your router

    If you don't know how to do this can't Mark consult your manual or contact your Internet provider that gave you the router

    Glad this game has crap servers and support staff...it's pathetic how long it's taking a billion dollar company to fix server issues

    Such a large multi-billion dollar company and it has not backup plan when their primary servers go down. Maybe hurricane Dorian knocked out their servers?

    exact same issue, but Microsoft doesn't care, their store is bad - the way it is, the Microsoft Edge is laughable, I can't believe a billions of dollar company can't get this right

    Party chat

    This is ridiculous. I have wasted days trying to fix my party chat issues. About 1/5th of the time it randomly works but other than that it keeps saying disconnected for one or all of the players in party chat. New modems running ipv4 & 6, tried changing
    settings on both modem and xbox, sat for hours on hold with service provider, cant find a damn phone number to speak with an “xbox specialist” of any kind (billion dollar companies shouldnt have this bad service). Any help? NAT types arent making a difference,
    but mainly all are open!
