When will I receive the money?

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by
the 15th of the next month.

So since your pending credits would have been added back to your account after the 15th of this month, they'll deposit with the first deposit of December.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since we only performed the transfer in the latter half of this month, they will be a part of the mid-December deposit.

You need to contact Support. Yes, it can take up to 5 business days for the refund to be on the payment method, so if it has been 8 days or 2 months and a couple of days, you need to contact Support directly so they can assist you in issuing this refund.

The problem choice you choose on the Support link might not give you access to Request a Call or Live Chat, and in this case, try selecting other problems ( even if does not match the issue you are facing ) because what is important here is for you to contact Support. So do this until the contact options appear, okay? Here in the community, we have no access to account/billing information.

the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Since we only transferred your Credits in the latter half of last month, they will not be deposited until the mid-month deposit this month.
