When will I receive my 2% vip amount of money back in my account?

I've been buying games since late October, some in November and one this month but I haven't got my % deposit back since then.

Not received my 4% cashould back on my VIP rank 2 with my purchases

hI I have not been receiving any cash back on any on my VIP rank purchases and I spent extra money to get to my VIP rank 2 to get my 4% back on purchases I have made over the past two years can I please get this fixed and receive what I am entitled to thank

2 free games on us, Is this a Joke/Scam?

I have yet to recieve my 2 free arcade games, I shouldve received them when i purchased my 2 months plus 2 games for X amount of money dashboard promo in March? i believe....



i've contacted support and they are useless, Can someone explain if this was some kind of scam with some real fine print to get you to buy? If not, how do i receive my games

 

VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. Keep in mind that if any of the purchases are eligible for other offers on the site, they will not count towards your rebate.

We see a MyVIP payback in your MyStatement on the MyRewards page for October. Regarding November and December, from the FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated either month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.
