When will I have my console?

Would you mind giving this a try?

- Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds, until it shuts down.

- Unplug the power cord from your console for 3 - 5 minutes (If you have the original Xbox One, unplug the power supply from both the Xbox and the outlet).

- Plug everything back together and turn your console on.

- Try launching a Game Pass game.

If that doesn't work, I'd appreciate it if you take the time to answer the following questions:

• May I ask which Xbox model you have?

• Do you have any external storage units plugged into your console?

• Could you tell me exactly what happens when you try to launch one of these games?

• Have you already verified your subscription to Game Pass is still active? you can see this at: https://account.microsoft.com/services

• Besides Game Pass games, are you experiencing issues launching other games?

to solve the issue.

There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.
