    When will I have my console?


    So I preordered my Xbox Series X from the Microsoft Store on Tuesday, November 10th at launch and it says my order is pending and it says the estimated time I should have the console by is December 22nd. Will I really have to wait that long? Also when
    I was purchasing it, it gave me an option for "express shipping" which set me back $16, will that change anything or did I just get screwed $16? An answer will be greatly appreciated!

    I have problems with my console when running a game

    I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing some issues with your console.

    Would you mind giving this a try?

    - Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds, until it shuts down.

    - Unplug the power cord from your console for 3 - 5 minutes (If you have the original Xbox One, unplug the power supply from both the Xbox and the outlet).

    - Plug everything back together and turn your console on.

    - Try launching a Game Pass game.

    If that doesn't work, I'd appreciate it if you take the time to answer the following questions:

    • May I ask which Xbox model you have?

    • Do you have any external storage units plugged into your console?

    • Could you tell me exactly what happens when you try to launch one of these games?

    • Have you already verified your subscription to Game Pass is still active? you can see this at: https://account.microsoft.com/services

    • Besides Game Pass games, are you experiencing issues launching other games?

    i HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MY CONSOLE

    2 red dots suggests that your console is not getting enough ventilation and is overheating. Follow the steps

    to solve the issue.

    There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
    an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.
