When will I get my requested refund ?

I requested a refund around 19 Jun 2023 but I didn't got my refund yet and I'm unable to contact a support agent too, they are telling me that request is within process. this is really a disgusting service support told that it will take 3-7 business days. and its already been 13 days plus.

Yes that is the timespan for a refund process. In these cases you should contact support. What issues are you encountering when trying to contact them?

Have you tried contacting your bank to check if the transaction was held for some reason as well?

If it says issued then it's out of MS hands

You have to contact your bank after the 3-5 business dayd

Depending on your card holder agreement it could not show up till the next billing cycle

You really do have to check your bank account

As sometimes it does sneak in

This is dependent on your bank after the 3-5 business days

If you don't live in North America it can take 30 days if you use PayPal it can be 60 days same withbprepaid MasterCards
