When will I get my credits for completing the pre-order punch card?

I pre-ordered 3 games on the punch card and was wondering when I would see that I completed the punch card and when I would receive the credits?

Never received my 15,000 credits for punch card completion.

the punch card for Xbox LIVE Rewards 15000 credits bonus it shows my pre-orders for Mafia 3 it shows my pre-order for Watch Dogs 2 but my pre-order for Dead Rising 4 did not register that's why I'm not getting my 15 thousand credits if you check my account
you can see I did pre-order Dead Rising 4.

Since one of your pre-orders for this offer was Resident Evil, that title has some special conditions due to its later release date. From our FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order. However, you will not receive your Rewards Credits until 96 hours after ALL of the games you pre-ordered have released. If Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is one of your chosen titles, you
will not receive your Reward until 96 hours after the game’s release date on January 23, 2017.

Hello Artelleri,

Since only your pre-order of Dead Rising 4 was made within the offer period, it was the only purchase that awarded a punch. You need three punches in order to complete the offer and receive Credits.

The punch card still won't complete even though I have pre-ordered the game on november 28th. The punch card clearly says "Purchase must be completed between november 27th-December 27th, 2021" so it should have completed for me. I hope someone can help me with this.

The main problem is for some bizarre reason pre-ordering doesn't count to this total, so what is likely the most expensive purchase you make via Xbox is not factored in. My biggest gripe with the VIP star system for sure, that and the fact that it resets
each year.

If you're lucky there are enough games you care about in one season to complete a pre-order punch card (but normally not) which at least gets you some credits back.

Since your third punch is from your pre-order of Resident Evil, you will receive those Credits around the end of January. Your purchase of Skyrim was not a pre-order, and did not award a punch, so without the Resident Evil punch you are at two out of three
punches.
