    When will I get my 5 dollars?


    I opted out on April 7th and i was told i would get my 5 dollars from my 5,750 reward credits by the end of June but that never happened. You guys keep pushing back the date I would receive it over and over again. When will I really get my 5 dollars?!?

    2 account thefts is 1 too many and this has been happening for years not just the last few hours. They will not issue ms points they will refund the money.

    All online companies can implement a very simple safeguard where they themselves can still take a direct payment without verification but protect the customer by requiring verification for all other transactions. It would prevent account migration, unauthorised
    purchases (even those accidentally done by children left with authorised access to the accounts), prevent unauthorised spending of MS points and would make account theft completely pointless. All online companies wishing to deny a care of duty to their customers
    should be punished with government imposed fines of sufficient size as to affect them and their staff until such tiny tiny safeguards are imposed.

    Your deposit was prevented due to a mismatch between your UK Rewards Account region and your US Microsoft Account region. When you register into the Rewards program, we create a Rewards account based on your Microsoft Account region at the time of registration.
    Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional currency, it cannot
    complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

    Agreed Freelance. Earlier this morning, it displayed at 5 dollars, and clicking it displayed it at 5 dollars...but I wasn't allowed to download as it said the information has changed. An hour later when I click it, it now says 20 dollars. Pretty disappointing,
    I really want it. 4x the price now though, and in limbo not knowing if it's supposed to be 5 or 20. oh well ;/
