    When will I get a system update?


    I recently became a member of Xbox insider (less than a week ago) and I joined the Xbox update preview. I got Omega release note which I understand is first/lowest ring of many. My question is, can I update to the preview version and if so when would that happen.

    When will the Offline System Update get an update?

    Firsf OSU is the base os not.meant to be an updated one

    If you are in the preview program then you cannot use the offline update as per the programs specifically mentions this

    If you are having issues updating with the preview program its best to goto the regedit for help first

    There is a quick.and easy solution but well depends on whrre you are in the program

    Skip ahead its harder to get into back again

    If you can login into the consoles without updating then remove the console.from the preview vis the preview app and then reboot this allows you to revert back to base ans rejoin

    If you cant get tk the preview hub then you gotts do it with a windows 10 pc or phone vis the hub app

    I appreciate the reply, but I have exhausted all of those options, and just as I experienced on the phone yesterday, we’re going in circles! I’m not getting the solution that I’m looking for! I am growing more and more frustrated and upset everytime.

    Why can’t someone at this company just come out and say to me “hey sorry, users have been experiencing this issue with out latest update. It’s something we’re aware of, working on a fix for it, and it will be ready at such and such time.”

    Is no one aware of this at HQ?! Is anything being done to fix it and satisfy customers?!
