When will I be able to play Harry Potter Hogwarts legacy?

I'm sorry, EA no longer holds the Harry Potter license and cannot reissue them.

As noted above, it is currently due to be released on April 4th for last-gen consoles....doesn't seem any particular reason has been given but, presumably, they are having performance issues with it (some recent games have been released that are problematic for last-gen consoles):

Hello GoldenMist, From what I see the game is in pre-sale, in case it is the developer who is responsible for putting put the game in the Xbox store, and at this time is only available for pre-sale version for the new generation.
