When will competitive team deathmatch return to overwatch xbox one?

You're talking about just a deathmatch with no objectives? Isn't that in the Arcade playlist?

You need to ask that Blizzard.

Microsoft only provides the Xbox Live service, but since Overwatch is Blizzard's game, Microsoft has no influence over the multiplayer game modes.

I think they are not played anymore because of the community who complained a lot about it.

That question should be asked to the blizzard devs but, there is a competitive arcade playlist every season. It begins around half way through the season and lasts for a couple of weeks.
