    When will an order go from pending to confirmed?


    I was able to purchase an Xbox Series X last night, and my order today says Pending still. When can I expect that to be updated to confirmed and receive a tracking number for the package? Also, sorry if this is in the wrong topic but I'm not sure what
    this falls under, considering there isn't a forum category for the Microsoft Store.

    You are going to get the New console But with such little stock its Not confirmed you will get it on the 8th since your orders still pending.

    I ordered my controller from MS store on April 11, the order confirmation email has an expected delivery date of May 6th. The order status is pending for now, but we will see if MS can meet the delivery date they stated.

    I have checked the order status and it has said pending since purchase on Saturday. The email confirmation was from Microsoft and the money has been taken.

    Same happened to me. Support said since it wasn't a completed transaction (no confirmation email or it showing on order history) it will show as pending for 2-5 days but will eventually go back into your bank account. I hope when they actually fix this they put a disclaimer by the 2 games that says safe to purchase now.

    I have checked the order history. The purchase of game was confirmed completed, and I have no updates for my computer. The only item which is pending for downloading is the game I purchased.

    When I open the Windows Store, the status of downloading the game is always Pending.
