    When trying to watch tv it


    the watch tv app works great and will not have a problem until I'm done watching tv and turn off my tv. I keep the Xbox on just turn off the tv. When I turn the tv back on and try to watch tv on the Xbox then it starts this freezing every few seconds making
    anything unwatchable and no sound either. Any ideas as to why this happens?

    I purchased Season 1 of Madam Secretary on Movies & TV and I cannot play any of the episodes. I get a error code of 0xc3360190.

    I have the same issues with audio when trying to watch TV. It worked awesome yesterday. Now today NO SOUND from TV but game volume is working perfectly. Trying all of my TV HDMI connections with no luck. :-(

    The Live TV is a tricky monster. I definitely recommend paying close attention to all instructions.

    Sorry to hear about the issue! First, I recommend trying the steps listed in our Live TV troubleshooting page.

    Huge problem watching live TV through my Xbox One with this new TV.

    Now it is not working on any TV I try after working on other TVs for a little bit. Black bars now appear on the sides of all the TVs when trying to watch TV through the Xbox.

    My guess is it's a problem with my cable box as it is displaying 480p on the front rather than 1080i might need to call comcast! :(
