When trying to play bo2 Xbox one says can't connect to Xbox live

I can't, it says that it's not connected to the internet. My xbox one is connected to the internet but when I try to play a 360 game on the xbox one it says that it can't connect to the internet.

It says Connection Error: "Unable to connect to xbox live. Please try again later." Yet i am still able to play other multiplayer games like RE6, BO2 and others...

I have the x-11 headphones. I am not connected to a wireless connection and i run a xbox live coneection test and it says that im connected. when i try to connect to to the servers on bo2 it says xboxlive content is temp unavailable. status code 80072ee2
