    please see above.Windows say i am up to date. xbox status says i am up to date.It happens when fsx is initially checking for updates. up pops the error message and thats it no further.

    tried app and features etc and all that i can see suggested.it may be a window update when the computor was not used for 2 weeks maybe a game update dont really know.Microsoft chat duck shoved me to x box support where non human words written wondered how i expected them to fix it.then i found x box support reviews looked terrible.

    i would like to fix this myself because i learn this way.

    any help will be really appreciated.kind regards Paul e.chch.nz.

    Tried the offline update and at 80% it said something went wrong, so it suggested a factory reset, which I did. I started the whole launch process all over again and at like 70% updating it said something went wrong and to try again.
