When trying to install the xbox installer on Pc getting error 0x802460

Downloading the xbox installer and once opened and proceeded to installation getting an error message: "We weren't able to install the app (0x802460)"

It's a shame since I already bought the subscription but had to immediately ask for a refund since I can't use it.

This can be a bit dumb but please double check if everything in your system is up to date:

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update

Click Check for Updates

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available (Install optional updates as well)

Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services and update everything too. (Click on get updates)

If everything looks good try installing the app from the Microsoft store instead of the .exe launcher

Still not working, after reinstall the game when i choose to install it on a device and select my pc i get the error 0x80073CF9 when the game try to install.

I assume you are trying to remote install a game from your Xbox app on PC. Usually when it fails to install it will show you an error below the install button.

Can you open Store app on your PC and search for the game there and try to install from there? Also, try restarting your PC.
