Just to throw an idea idea in the mix. If you go to the actual store website, admittedly I haven't had a problem urgent enough to try yet, but I hear their is an actual real life phone number their somewhere. Give me a second and I might be able to find
a link for you or a fellow ambassador might beat me to it.

That would be for assistance with the Microsoft Store (retail) itself. Not for regular Xbox support or account assistance.

Hi, if you want to chat with a live support agent, try visiting https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and selecting either "My account" or "Billing" (depending on your issue),
then decline the virtual agent, then select "Error messages and codes." You should then see options featuring live support from an agent. You're also welcome to seek out advice on Xbox-related issues here in the forums. Hope that helps!

Yeah that link kept going in circles. Talk to a virtual agent until you get the, talk to a human. Click the box and then, back to a virtual agent again. So not really a customer support link.
