When selecting Dolby Atomos on Xbox One get error message - 0x80bd0009

Hi

I have recently got a Sony Soundbar ht-xf9000 with Dolby Atomos.

When I try to select Dolby Atomos get error message 0x80bd0009. I can select Dolby Digital or DTS without any error.

If I change the video settings to 1080p I can change the audio to Dolby Atomos and it works. Once I change the video back to 4k I cant then select Dolby Atomos
without getting error message.

Any help would be great, I have been trying to fix this for a couple of weeks.

This is a know issue with the new console update they are working on new update to fix it

I ve done all that. When I select dolby atmos in the settings on m xbox it gives me an error code 0x80bd0009
