    I have successfully waited and registered without a problem after waiting for a little while.

    However, this happens when I turn RTX mode on.

    Is this because I am lacking my computer power?

    If not, what can I do to fix this?

    I turned my rebooted the system because I thought it was frozen and now all I get is a black screen. My tv recognizes the xbox but it just goes straight to a blank screen and then nothing. Is there any way to reset it???

    Ah cheers. When I turn on HDMI UHD Color. The screen goes black. So not sure if that the Xbox does not like it or if it is a tv thing

    xbox turns on then goes to a black screen

    My son had the same issues... Xbox will turn on, you will the green logo screen and after that you will have a black screen. I was able to fix it using this by loading the xbox one to factory default.
