When redeeming a game with its gift code, it doesn't appear on my Xbox live account.

Today I use a gift code to redeem the Resident Evil 2 game, from my email I selected the link to redeem and use it, that was around 2pm, but when I accessed my Xbox live account that game does not appear. I tried to contact
someone on the support staff but I didn't know that there are no staff attending, as in the case of Microsoft accounts, I kept exploring to see what I could do and I noticed that there were some flaws in the system, so a legend appeared on his portal saying
that services and games were not active. So now what can I do? The code says it's already been used but my Xbox live account doesn't have it. Help me, please.

Hi Crystal, thank you very much for your response. You're right, I had logged in outlook with the account
[Mod removed - Personal Information] here is where I got a game to redeem with code, I opened the email with the code to redeem, select the link to exchange and took me to another window to confirm and unfortunately, there was another open
account I was surprised that this account was open because everything was closed.

What happened then was that my outlook account
[Mod removed - Personal Information] redirected me to the Microsoft portal and unfortunately there was another account login which is
[Mod removed - Personal Information] and the code that was exchanged went to that account, I just gave myself I realized this and I was very surprised that this had never happened to me, as long as outlook took me to the account Microsoft was
with the same account. Help me please, is there any way to unsubscribe or delete the game at
[Mod removed - Personal Information] and have the game where
[Mod removed - Personal Information] should be?

view your Xbox purchase history online

to any and all accounts you may have on Microsoft to help confirm where the code was redeemed. If the issue persists,
I recommend to contact Customer Supportfor further assistance.

If it has been added to another account, there is nothing you can do. You can not transfer digital data from one account to another. Your only option is to play the game through that account.

If you got the game as a gift you had to redeem the gift code on your account, so it will appear as redeem in this account order history here

If it doesn't appear here is probably because you redeemed the code on a different account

They should still appear there even when you redeem a gift code. If they are not there, you probably redeemed the DLCs on another Microsoft account.
