I have tried that, and I just tried it again just now and it still has not changed the issue.

Ok, so I've done what you said and I have found a few things.

When putting in the command for reinstalling Microsoft store, it says path not found.

And also when running the troubleshooter for windows store apps it says it finds a problem with unresponsive and crashing apps. It says the problem is unresolved. I tried it again after that and it says there are no problems.

The same xbox apps still do completely nothing when pressing play.

I don’t know what else to suggest I’m afraid
