when playing fortnite - i cant seem to get past the page where you press A to start a game...

Hi,

try to powercycle the xbox by holding the power button for 5-10 seconds if the issue stilll persist after the powercycle try tou uninstall the game and reinstall it again

I have the ultimate game pass. I cant get past the start up screen... it crashes when i press A to play. Ive rebooted my xbox, reset it, deleted my account, and unistalled then reinstalled the game

So I uninstalled and reinstalled the game but now when I try to play the game it shows me the pop up message to purchase the game but I already own it. I cant get past the main screen where it shows Press A to start. So now my problem is worse than it was before. How do I fix this or how would I go about contacting Activision?

Are you Xbox Insider? Do you have problems with other games?

I've been playing alien isolation, i love horror games but i cant seem to get past the first meet with the alien it freaks me out, love the alien films but dunno what it is about the game, i cant get past that part.
