Would probably be better to start your own thread rather than posting in a random one.

Anyway, I would check the basket on whichever site you were on....if you didn't complete the purchase process then the original item may still be in the basket, thereby trying to add one the second time might show that message as you would effectively be trying to add a second console to the basket. Might not be the case but worth checking

Hello , so I am currently on the hunt for a Xbox series X and I use a app to let me know we’re and when one may be in stock so today it notifies me that Microsoft had them available so I quickly proceeded to fill out the shipping address etc but when I pressed buy it said sold out so I went on with my day and then it piped up again saying they were in stock at Microsoft so this time I quickly reacted knew what I was filling out but it then said I can only buy 1 per customer so I think it thinks I bought on and doesn’t want me getting another because of that policy and here are som screen shot to show you what I’m looking at.
