When launching Dishonored 2 it says it is not available in my account

Hello,

I have a valid XGP on PC and all other games work fine before installing Dishonored 2 and after. I tried a number of games after downloading Dishonored 2 (Enter the Gungeon, Stellaris, Kingdom Come: Deliverance) and they all work fine and start with no problem
but yet Dishonored 2 gives me this message everytime:

"Dishonored 2 is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001"

Everything is up-to-date, nothing else is not working and this is the first issue I had with the Xbox app and XGP on PC.

If anyone has any idea what is happening, I'd appreciate some help.

Hi, I had the exact same issue for Wolfenstein II New Colossus, I was getting same message and same error code. My region was set to Croatia.

Then I did this:

And swapped country or region to United States. Every game works now.

Nothing changed, still getting the same error after reinstalling the game.

While it's downloaded and installed on your PC. It may be linked to another profile which could be a reason you keep getting the error. Have you checked your download/purchase history to confirm you do indeed have it linked to the proper account?

Everything is on the same account and i see it in the download history.

Redownloading the game now to see if that helps
