So the thing is I purchased the pass and redeem the code on my phone however I'm in Jamaica at the moment, so when I at my address location it says U.S but where I redeem the code say Jamaica beasuse that's where I am now ......is it passable for Microsoft to just transfer one currency to the other its the same email and everything just my location was different

Since your Microsoft Account region is set to Jamaica, you cannot register into the program. Jamaica is not a eligible Rewards region.

The rewards points I am talking about are xbox gamer points which cannot be redeemed on my xbox for games, discounts, ect and every time I open the rewards app It tells me to adjust my region but because I live in Jamaica and the location doesn’t have the option for Jamaica I cannot access my gamer points or redeem them for rewards.
