When is XBOX Chat Support available

Problem with buying Xbox live membership.

Since you're locked with migrating your account to a different region I suggest contacting
Xbox Live Support by chat since phone support is not available in your country. Please be aware that the chat is only available in English and during US times

Make sure that the country showing in bottom left corner matches your region

I am having the same issue... when i try to contact chat support i am told that chat is not available for this issue...

xbox doesnt support vr and vr chat is not available on xbox

When you say it doesn't work, is it saying it's been redeemed already, or is it giving another error?

Other options for Support may also be available when you sign onto the
Xbox Live Support site, in case online chat isn't available.
