    Hi There,

    We know about as much as the sticky post on the top of the forum says. I think that they are working on it and when this situation is more bearable than they will have the resources to turn on those features again. Until then we just have to wait.

    Hello Its Levels End,

    I do know that the current reason is because of Covid-19, it has caused many of the people who work at Microsoft to stay home. I estimate that it may be a few months till we could change our pictures for the reason that there isn't enough people to regulate
    everyone changing there gamer pic and club pictures. I do expect that everyone should be able to around the month of September or October.

    I am unaware of an inability to change, profiles pictures on any of Microsoft platforms.

    Please restate, what you are having issues with. Their might be a limitation based on, resolution / memory size of an image.
