When is this sign on problem going to be fixed?

I was just able to log in!!!

There is no timeline listed on when it will be fixed. You can only go by the service status page https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status?xr=shellnav

I had this problem myself at one point. All you have to is when you are signed out, just go to multiplayer and sign back in. The problem should fix it's self upon the next xbox live console update.

Problem is fixed for me! The problem originated because I was getting a message saying that Microsoft updated their user agreement, and I could play until I signed in and agreed to the new terms, but when I tried to sign in, I'd get the error code.

FIX: I used a different browser (internet explorer) to go to www.xbox.com. Once there I tried to sign in from there and the new user agreement popped up. Once I agreed to the terms it signed me in. Then when I went back in through solitaire, it signed me
in no problem - no error codes!
