    when will xbox release a offline update for xbox insider hub
    Offline system updates using OSU1 cannot be used on consoles enrolled in a Insider preview.

    OSU1 can only be used on console with the General Availability OS installed.

    There will never be a OSU1 file released for Insider preview OS. The console has to be removed from the Insider program before using offline system updates.

    If you describe the issue you're having, with any error codes you're seeing, we will endeavour to assist you.

    I am trying to troubleshoot and resolve it myself, as a last resort I will use the repair option

    Onew quick query, Is the OSU1 update file the latest version?

    No problem, thanks for replying.

    I checked the 5 preview rings for the version you mentioned and its not listed anymore so it seems you haven't updated in a while. If keeping games and apps option doesn't work you may have to remove everything when you factory refresh.

    If you have removed the console from Insiders and try to system update, but it doesn't work you may be able to use OSU1. OSU2 and OSU3 are for very old system OS and xbox 1 og from memory so you won't need to download those. OSU1 would be all you need if the update doesn't work online after you factory refresh.

    OSU1 not up to date.

    Guys, not to be an [Mod removed - see Guidelines], but please read the OP. I already tried updating on a different network. Using OSU1 and such. However it does not up date. the OSU1 file is from build 4050, the one it wants to update to
    is the latest 5047. My question is that if OSU1 is for offline updates in the event of this, why is it the previous build of the OS? Should it not be the latest one?

    Still frustrated.
