when is the new beta update coming out

did the new update come out? mine is still on the beta one

There's a new dashboard update coming out at some time & what you clicked on was an application to be in the beta.

Old news. In any event, Beta 1.7.3 update and skin DLC are separate things that appear to be coming out at the same time. My understanding is that the Beta 1.7.3 update will be free, but the skins DLC will cost you.
