    Does anyone know when the whole "perma ban for any type of suspension" thing is going to be resolved?

    Wait so I could actually not be permanently suspended mine just says I’ve been suspended not permanently suspended so I don’t get it
    I would say probably 99.9% of the people being told they have been permanently suspended won't be when the Enforcement system is fixed. In your case, it's difficult to say given how broken the system is...majority of Enforcement actions are not permanent suspensions so just assume it's a time limited one until the system is working again and you can get confirmation

    Same. I think we need to start making noise, as this is becoming unfair. I was told it’s a 7day ban, when normally it’s a day………

    Yes I was actually seriously considering reaching out to my local news stations here one of which actually has a whole tech news portion of the nightly news and tell them how 1000s of paying customers of Microsoft have been banned from their online gaming service without explanation and left without any recourse or avenue to resolve it.

    I agree. They should at least officially acknowledge the problem so we know that they are aware of it.
