OneGuide TV Listings are Always Wrong

My goodness. I have already reported the OneGuide errors by that method many times. I was hoping for a real answer about when MS will fix it. When has a troubleshooting guide ever fixed anything? MS has been giving me the run around for almost a year! How
hard is it to get the OneGuide listings in sync with a major provide like Cox Communications?

    Hello StefEBear,

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. This thread is a bit old, so it will be locked due to its age. If you haven’t already, please go ahead and make a new thread detailing this issue and any troubleshooting steps (if any) you’ve tried
so far. That way we can tailor our support specifically to you. We will be happy to help you there!

    Thanks again

    Oneguide in Australia

It's working for my, I use it to watch free to air tv nearly every day, but that's all I use Oneguide for, and so can't say anything about the other features, I've also noticed that the Xbox needs to be connected to Xbxo Live for Oneguide to work correctly.

I haven't retuned it or anything like that in quite a while.

Does it display show information still as well? Or just simply the different channels?

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply, don't want to buy another xbox accessory that becomes basically obsolete like the kinect that's all!
