    Just woke up to my whole almost 60 hours deleted. This is in unacceptable, give me my money back, this is little more than theft.

    You can request a refund HERE if you meet the criteria.

    If you've had the game more than 14 days or played over 2 hours then it's unlikely you'll get a refund.

    I had one of your support guy telling me to go to a microsoft shop to buy the game from one of their Xbox 360...like...SERIOUSLY?!!?

    JUST FIX THIS DAMN BUG! And allow your PAYING customers to download their paid stuff!
