When i'm gonna open a game in my gallery, the message of ''the person who bought this game...

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

First, we need to validate the license for the game by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, please locate the game order from there and it should be stated as "completed".

Once you were able to see the game transaction on your order history and it is stated as "completed", remove and re-add your account to re-sync the licenses.

REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

4. When you're finished, select Close. ​​​

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

ADD ACCOUNT​​​

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new. ​​​

3. Enter the Email address and the password.​​​

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept. ​​​

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.​​​

If it's not showing up on your order history, please check all Microsoft accounts that you own because we need to have the order transaction and it should be stated as "completed".

Personally - I bought and played Prototype on my 360, and wouldn't mind getting Prototype 2 as well. But since it's only a bundle deal, I'm not gonna go and buy both games, when I know that I'll only play the second.

I check online statues for my xbox it says I'm online my NAT is open all xbox services are fine but every game I try to play says I need to be online or the person who bought this needs to be logged in.

Same thing with me. All my games won't start. Same error message. The person who bought this needs to sign in.

I'm glad I wasn't the only person who bought that game! One of my personal favorites when I was growing up.
