    So when I log into Xbox.com, I can enter my details such as email adress and my password. As soon as I click on log in it tries to log me in but keeps refreshing, until it directs me to the support site with the article about online safety and privacy settings. It explains that I can't change my settings. I have tried changing my microsoft password, using different browsers, going into icognito mode and other things. I also am not member of a xbox family as far as I know.

    I really need to log in, as this is the only way to connect ea play with the game pass I own. I can log myself into the xbox app however and play games there.

    I hvae tried to log in with my ipad, phone, pc and xbox but when i press log in i just keep refreshing the website. So iam stuck on the xbox.com.

    And btw when i press log in it takes me there but only for like half a second then takes me back to xbox.com

    I got the same problem as TNT, Im able to log in on xbox.com website but when I use that information on my account it doesnt work telling me that my password is invalid.

    What do you mean by "remove it from my PC"? You can simply log out of Xbox.com and log in with a different account if you want. Please let me know, thanks!

    Xbox Cloud gaming (and Xbox.com in general) not letting me sign in

    Useless, I already stated that I have cookies on and can’t get in dothead. Mind you this problem is for cloud gaming on IOS, the xbox.com website on my phone and PC. It only happens on the xbox.com website. I can still log in to the xbox app and anything that isn't on the internet fine. Its just the ****website that's giving me issues.

    Two Xbox accounts are under the same email, and that email happens to be the email for my Microsoft account. So when I go to log into Xbox.com, it's logging into the Xbox account that I don't use, and I want to log into the one I do use.
