    When I turn on my Xbox why are my profiles gone?? Everything is gray and no profiles


    My account is not recognized and all of our profiles are gone on xbox

    I'm having the same problem aswell! When i sign in to this website everything on my profile is gone! I was trying to download my profile because my game keeps getting me disconnected and when i download my profile my xbox live gamertag is gone! So this looks
    like no COD Black Ops or Modern Warfare 3. T_T

    My Xbox 360 Deleted Everything!!

    I was playing my Tomb Raider game and all of a sudden everything froze. I had to turn it off, but when I turned it back on everything was deleted and it still said that I had 11.8GB. When I tried to redownload my profile it said that "Xbox Live profiles
    can't be downloaded 8007045D"

    I tried all of the steps except no.4, because when I go to try and delete my profile, it doesn't show up. Its like someone erased everything off my hard drive. My profiles are gone, all my games are gone, all my saves are gone, etc. . So what should I do
