• From your TV & A/Vpower options settings screen.
  
• Press the Xbox button  to open the guide,
  
• Then go to Profile & system > Settings > General > TV & display options > TV & A/V power options.

I have the Xbox series S/X. When I turn on my xbox it turns on as usual without any problems but when I switch to HDMI 1 or 2 on my TV it says "no signal" or "make sure connected device is turned on" when it is. And no nothing else is connected to the xbox.

On some HD TV's there is a feature that, when connected to a device with HDMI, will "communicate" with that device. An Example of this is like my setup. I have a Blu-ray player connected via HDMI. When both TV and Blu-ray player are off, and I only turn
on the Blu-ray Player, they both turn on. It works the same way vice versa when I turn off my TV. I would go into your TV settings and look for a setting about HDMI "communication" and turn it off. Your TV might be telling your Xbox to "Turn on" and the Xbox
takes that as a command and "Turn itself back on" by restarting.

It's turned off. My soundbar is connected with optical to my TV, when I tried turning that on it said it doesn't work with an optical connection

My xbox turns on but the thing is it wont connect to my tv or neither my controller, and when i try turning it off by the x button it wont turn off unless i disconnect it from the back or cord.
