    When I try to connect to my Epic Games account, it says: YourXbox network account was connected with another Epic Games account. Please log in using a different Xbox network account, or switch to another Epic Games account. What should I do in this case?

    I am sorry to hear that.

    We can only link one Microsoft Account to one Epic Account.

    We can't check this on the Xbox platform, it is done on the Epic webpage.

    Please, enter Epic website: epicgames.com/account/connected

    Go to Your Name > Account > Connections > Accounts

    If you still can't link your Microsoft account, you will need to open a support ticket with Epic support.

    It is recommended that you do delete and re-download your profile, simply follow the guide below:



    1. Go to Settings, and then select System.
    2. Select Storage.
    3. Select All Devices.
    4. Select Gamer Profiles.
    5. Select the gamertag that you want to delete.
    6. Select Delete.
    7. Select one of the following:
    • Select Delete Profile Only. This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and achievements


    Once you have done that,
    Clear System Cache
    and do that process 3 times! Now, recover your profile.



    1.Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller (large X button in the center of your controller).

    2.Select Download Profile.

    If you're not seeing Download Profile, press X to sign out of your profile.
