When I try to unlock my son's locked account, it says "Try another verfication method"

I have submitted a recovery request online but it has only given me a password reset and my son's account still is locked and i when i try to unlock it, it has the same response of "Try another verification method".

I have also followed the steps in unlocking the account, but still no luck in unlocking it.

I mean when I try to log in when it says account locked i only see the form not the next bottom everyone uses to unlock there account like in YouTube.

I’m sorry but none of this can actually work I don’t understand I haven’t done anything wrong but still Microsoft locking my account. If you are an expert and know hot to fix it I. Can give you my account just for fixing please
