When i try to sign into my xbox account it says error 400 or 496

i have a issue with bungie when i try to sign into my bungie.net with my xbox account it gives me a authentication error saying to visit xbox.com but when i sign into xbox.com its normal and nothing is wrong with my account

When I try to join it says "unable to join to world" and for the marketplace it says "unable to connect to market place" and maybe error 5 -400. I have a game pass ultimate subscription which I thought included all the perks of xbox live gold? I believe my account setting are correct.

My son can sign in to his account fine. When he is playing Fifa 16 and he wants to access xbox live it says the parent needs to accept the new terms. When I put in my email and password it says it is wrong. When I try to sign in to my profile it says error
8015D003 but all details I am entering are correct.
