When I try to sign into my microsoft account pocket edition it says that I have to recover...

im not signed in when i try to sign in nothing happens I cannont access settings or profile and every time i press a it just says the same error cauldron message ive deleted accout data game data everything multiple times the microsoft support says that its my internet but yet i can sign into pocket edition fine why is only my xbox not accepting the sign in information.

If this is minecraft pocket edition this is a mojang problem and not your microsoft account

This is a mix for the two people, my Microsoft account crashes when I sign in to Minecraft.

Thank you for the response! I have a call back time with Microsoft to hopefully recover my account. I will try the Pass Key option next time. The last time I recovered my account a few days ago, I added the 2-step verification. Within 2 days the hacker
was able to hack my account and change my email to his. And, now, when I try to sign into my account, Microsoft says it doesn't exist.

No I can't see the transaction on my order history, I can only see that microsoft has taken money from my bank account.

I don't own minecraft pocket edition so I highly doubt it was purchased on pocket edition.

Not quite sure what you mean with the last question, I can sign in at minecraft.net and see that I have a minecraft bedrock realm currently active though.

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with your Minecraft Pocket Edition achievements not showing up on your Xbox app. To help clarify the issue:

• Is the device updated?
  
• Have you tried re-installing the game?
  
• Are you connected to a network?
  

I would also confirm that you are signed into your Xbox account within the game. In the Minecraft Pocket Edition main menu hit "Sign In" (should be at the bottom left) and sign in with your Microsoft account when prompted. If "Sign In" is not showing up in the bottom left, hit "Settings" and "Profile" under the General section and confirm that you are signed in to the correct Microsoft account.

Do you have the Xbox app downloaded onto your device? I would also recommend un-installing the Xbox app, reinstalling, and then signing in to the Xbox app with your Microsoft account.
