Im getting the 0x80190005 error code on my xbox one when i try to sign in to my account i was playing on it earlier dont know why it is happening all of the sudden can u help?

According to Xbox support:

As I have checked, there is no service outage alert at the moment. Please perform a powercycle on your console by following the steps below:

"POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"
