1. Run the SFC tool on your PC. This tool may help to find potential corruptions on your system that’s not allowing properly the other services I listed to be found on your system.

Did you have any different results using the Xbox (beta) app?

I believe that this could also have something to do with the network configuration you are using on your router. Are you familiar with how to login to you router? You may have certain network ports that could potentially be blocking your access to Xbox Live.

These here are the
network ports required by Xbox Live. These state that they are for the Xbox One console but they are universal. Take note you require Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) to connect to Xbox Live. This is a setting in your router you will have to enable. However
this can conflict with port forwarding [the act of opening up ports on your network]. If you verify that this in enabled in your router, we may be able to get this resolved.

I will additionally include a link to the
port forwarding website that you can follow to open up these ports on your router incase UPnP does not work.

Please provide us with any results you have on your end after testing this.
