    When I try to search the microsoft store on xbox, i get an error: 0x80131505


    I can not initiate a search for game add ons or anything else on my xbox one in the microsoft store

    Just turned on my Xbox One, after leaving it unplugged for about 12 hours. I tried to join a friend's game, and get error when game attempts top launch. Tried to open Ark, and got error. Restarted Xbox, still get error. Tried 2 different Xbox 360 games and
    same error. Tried to open Xbox store, error 0x80131505 CV:kG+g6fAzzU6nWAgB. I do not have any Xbox One or back compat title discs I can try. I have connection to internet and Xbox live. This seems to be effecting all digital content.

    microsoft store will not launch on xbox one

    hi just noticed when trying to search for dlc for tekken 7 the store gave me an error code (0x8027025a)

    restart xbox but still get the same error anytime I try to launch the store app on my box xbox one s

    Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the issue, it looks like the Xbox One is giving you some trouble when trying to access the store. What I recommend doing is performing a
    Power Cycle on the Xbox One    . If that Doesn't help
    troubleshooting your network     would be the second step to take. Please let us know how it goes.
