Kurla, usually games that are part of xcloud share the save of the console version, friend.

See in your console if the save is in the cloud like this

To manage the saves, go to the console's main menu and access “Settings”;

On this screen, go to “System” and press A to access the menu

Go to the “Storage” column and click on “Manage Storage” to access your disks;

After choosing the main HD, select the saves of which game you want to see and press Start on it;

Click on “Manage Game” to check all the content;

On the right side of the screen will be the save files, named “Saved data”. Press A on them to open the management options screen.

Can you check if the console and cloud save appears as well?

Now about xcloud, try to access from another device. Or from the same device, but using another network and another browser

I seem to be having the same problem--I did indeed do a few manual saves that are still present in the Saves file. I was playing when the client wasn't connecting to the Cloud and when it did connect to the cloud again it doesn't recognize that there are
saved games in Outer Worlds anymore, though it does remember my settings. Can I turn off cloud saving or something? Go into an offline mode?

If you have deleted the data from the hard drive, does this mean you have lost your gaming history? MY husband has never saved to the cloud (it doesn't seem to work when we try). WoT told us that game history is saved on gamer tag, but when we try to log
into to our son's old X box 360, which had a WoT download, it just treats my husband as if he has never played the game.

Yeah it was the same for me. I have just tried turning my laptop into airplane mode and then loading the game, and the saves were there ready to go! Not ideal but at least I don't have to start again.

Does anyone know of a fix to get the saves into the Cloud?

I'm so sorry to hear that you're having this issue. I do have a few questions to make sure I have an understanding of your situation.

1. Is your cloud storage enabled or disabled?
   
2. Try and go online and disable the cloud make sure all game saves moved out of cloud and the try playing offline, if your able to.
   
3. Go on your console and disable the cloud.
