When I try to log into my xbox profile my screen goes white and freezes.

I'm having the same issues, any fixes yet?

Sorry to see any issues with Mahjong! We've seen this a bit, and it appears that "resetting" the data in the game fixes this for most users. You can do that by following the steps below.

• Click the Start menu on your PC
• Click the gear icon for Settings
• Click Apps
• Ensure you are on Apps & features
• You can search for Mahjong, or scroll until you find the game
• Click on the game name
• Click Advanced Options
• Click Reset

It will ask you to confirm, and when you go back the game, it should have you sign in again. That should get this sorted out for you.

Are you able to log into your profile on the xbox.com website? Make sure you are using the proper email associated with your profile.

Yes, the profile online is fine. When we try to sign in on the xbox, the screen goes black. After I reset it, I'm trying to add my profile and it goes black again. It's not connecting to xbox live.

I know this was a big problem nationwide but our console is not recovering.

When i try to download my xbox live profile its just comes up with a white screen and the loading symbol? no time or errors come up its just the white loading symbol and it just stays on it forever?

I'm having the white screen issue when trying to play solitaire. When the advertisement is supposed to load, it goes to a white screen and never loads!
