When I try to log into ea with my microsoft account it says account not eligible

EA said it was deleted for inactivity.... am I reading it correctly? You saying my xbox account is basically permanently locked from using xbox pass and ea and origin. When trying to link my account to these services it says randome email I dont own @xx.com is disabled. I was told by EA to contact Microsoft.

Its says Valid in US only but it said I successfully got them when I logged into my ea account.

Can you tell us where you're trying to log in?

1. Are you trying to log into your EA account in a game?
2. Or are you trying to log into your OutlinedYew15 Gamertag on your console? If that's the case, then you're trying to log into your Microsoft Account, not your EA account, and you'll need to use your Microsoft Account information.
   

Let us know which account you're trying to log into and where and we'll work with you from there. =)

Since you say something changed on the EA account, I would also suggest you changing the password for the EA account and possible even the microsoft account.
