I preordered call of duty Cold War and it was working fine until last night and now when I try to open it it says “to play this, you’ll need to buy it” and in my full library it doesn’t show up but in the store it says I own it

I said goodbye to my life back in 2003 when a certain game called Call of Duty slipped into my pc tray and loaded up LOL.

Here is the Error code I get from Contact Us when I request to talk to agent in chat or when I request a call back from MS.

the only thing I am able to do is chat with CS Bot, when I request an agent it gives me the option for chat or call back no matter which I select for last 2 years I have been getting message saying to try again later or will load request for hours until
I cancel.
