When I try to install Hogwarts Legacy on Xbox One Console, I get error 0x87e10013

I bought Hogwarts Legacy for my Xbox One Console. However, when I try to install it, I get error 0x87e10013 saying that it must be installed in an Xbox Series X.

I bought the game completely new and the case clearly says it's compatible for Xbox One Console. But the CD says Xbox Series X on it. I bought the correct game but does anyone know if the CD is for sure wrong and and I need to return it?

The CD is wrong. You would need to return it. Looks like someone else probably bought the wrong thing and swapped the disc.

There is two

Legacy and legacy gold

Legacy had both

You just need to find the xbox one copy in yoir ready to install library

Can you please try searching "Hogwarts Legacy Xbox One Version" on your end, please check if you can install it from there.

Since you have purchased the game Hogwarts Legacy: Digital Deluxe Edition, indeed you should be able to access the game on Xbox One console.

You will need to perform some basic troubleshooting steps in order to fix this. Please remove your Microsoft account (Where the game Hogwarts Legacy was purchased) from your Xbox One console > restart your console > re-add your Microsoft account > then check to see if it works here's how to remove your account:

1.Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

2.Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3.Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

> then restart your console and proceed with re-adding your Microsoft account. You've got nothing to worry as this will not delete your saved data progress.

Then check if you can install the game Hogwarts Legacy: Digital Deluxe Edition or Hogwarts Legacy: Xbox One version on your Xbox One console.

But is it a One S or a Series S? Wo Long is available for both so you wouldn't run the risk of getting the same error. Hogwarts Legacy has a different version for each console.
